I have spent the past 30+ years working on developing expertise in both student-centered, authentic learning and establishing deep thinking and active listening routines. In the past 15 years, I have modeled and trained learners how to learn deeply while using technology in a blended learning model. I have established strategies to create learning environments where students are able to construct their learning by using and developing personal skills and interestes and build deep understanding and making personal connections. More recently, I have added concepts from both Growth Mindsets and Design Thinking to enhance learning.
