Is it worth it? ... is it worth writing about?

From the "cult classic", Eddie and the Cruisers 2: Eddie Lives ...

Eddie Wilson: I want something great. I want something that nobody's ever done before!

Sal Amato: Why? We ain't great. We're just some guys from Jersey.

Eddie Wilson: If we can't be great, than there's no sense in ever playing music again, Sal.

My goal, as a teacher, was to do "something amazing" ... like Eddie, it didn't seem likely or even possible. So, like Eddie, I needed to drop out of the game.

... but the ending of the story hasn't been written yet ...
